  • Overview

    An Andretti Dishwasher is responsible for exceeding guest service expectations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of dish area, all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.


    • Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
    • Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
    • Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
    • Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions. 
    • Maintains a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
    • Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
    • Adheres to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games.
    • Displays excellent communication skills.
    • Shows eagerness to learn new skills.
    • Cleans all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
    • Works closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean.
    • Understands and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Maintains detail cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, ice bins, dish racks and storage areas.
    • Takes out trash and replaces trash bags.


    Prior guest service experience is preferred. A Drug Test and Background Check is required prior to employment. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an Andretti Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of their job.     • Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 100lbs.
    • Walk or stand for long periods of time.

    • The environment includes bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
    • Ability to use any kitchen equipment as needed.
