  • Overview

    The Associate Sales Manager will have the responsibility of selling the exciting and unique experience of the AIKG, LLC brand assist and driving pre-sold group business. The Associate Sales Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute site specific direct sales plan
    • Interact with clients on all aspects of group events, including:
    • Site inspections and walk throughs
    • Menu Selection and Preparation
    • Contracts and Timelines
    • Attractions
    • Theming
    • Proactively solicit new business through various sales channels
    • Partner with the Operations Team to ensure perfect execution of all events, including following up on any updates and changes.
    • Represent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade Events
    • Meet or exceed sales goals
    • Ensure all calls, emails and inquiries have had a timely response.
    • Responsible for a quality guest service experience
    • Empower hourly staff to deliver the excellent standard of service
    • Develop professional networks with all markets such as Convention and Visitors Bureaus and travel and tour groups etc.

    Qualifications

    • Three years of sales management experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Reservation Management Products
    • Ability to lead and create a positive working environment
    • Self-Motivated
    • Working knowledge of cost controls
    • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
    • Undergraduate Degree preferred
