  • Overview

    A part-time Andretti Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Accounting department on a wide variety of projects. This position requires creativity, hard work and flexibility. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.


    • Assist in the distribution or delivery of all incoming mail.
    • Scan any invoices, contracts or bills to all required parties.
    • Perform administrative work, including maintaining files.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently.
    • Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
    • Assist with audits, fact checks and resolving chargebacks.
    • Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
    • Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
    • Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions. 
    • Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
    • Proper uniform according to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games guidelines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and eagerness to learn new skills.


    1+ year prior accounting experience is preferred. A Drug Test and Background Check is required prior to employment. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an Andretti Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of their job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
    • Willing to travel between locations up to 20 miles
    • Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 50lbs.
    • Walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
    • The environment includes bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
    • Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.
    • Maintain safety standards at all times.
    • Pleasant, upbeat and sociable personality.
