    A part-time Andretti Deposit Coordinator is responsible for all daily monetary functions. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Anticipates and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
    • Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
    • Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions. 
    • Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and eagerness to learn new skills.
    • Operate scanners, registers and all POS systems.
    • Receiving cash tills and financials from team members
    • Voucher reconciliation
    • Building daily cash bags using par system and distributing
    • Investigating all chargebacks
    • Change runs
    • Reconcile safe contents at the beginning and end of shift
    • Finalize cashier from previous day of business
    • Complete daily sales spreadsheet
    • Maintain security of AIKG, LLC cash room standards/protocols
    • Report any discrepancies to management
    • Document, investigate and report overages/shortages
    • Pull and count kiosk money every night
    • Pull vending and locker money once a week
    • Run reports for voids, comps, and discounts
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State and PCI laws

    Qualifications

    Prior guest service and cash handling experience is preferred. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an Andretti Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of their job.     • Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 50lbs.
    • Sitting or stand for long periods of time.
    • Work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
    • The environment includes bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
    • Ability to use a point of sale system, 10-key calculator, and other electronic equipment as needed.
    • Maintain safety standards at all times.
    • Pleasant, upbeat and sociable personality.
